Minimum stay 7 nights.
The reservation request is subject to the acceptance of the house rules.
House's rules:
- Minimum age 28 years old
- No groups of young people
- No parties / events allowed
- No Smoking - Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours: 22:00 h to 09:00 h
- No photography for commercial purposes
Check-in - Check-out
Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (contact the day before arrival to schedule entry time and delivery of keys)
Check-out schedule: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
- Upon arrival you will have to pay a tourist tax of € 1 per person and night, children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying.
- Upon arrival you will have to deposit a deposit of € 300 in cash (except for the SalouTrip - Formentor apartment which will be € 200) this deposit will be returned in cash upon departure once the apartment has been checked and if everything is correct.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before the arrival date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 40 days before the arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 40 days before the arrival date.
COVID-19: If the state of alarm is declared for the dates of your holidays or there are mobility limitations in your area of residence or in the area where the apartment is located and there is no possibility of moving, 100% of the amount will be refunded delivered.
